Much to the screaming delight of his fans, Justin Bieber announced that he will be hitting UK shores next February and March as part of the promotinal campaign for his new album ‘Believe‘.

Since the announcement was made earlier this week the millions of Bieber fanatics have caused search engines to go crazy seeing the search for tickets to his shows rise by 216%! That rise is almost five times greater than searches for his closest rivals, UK pop band One Direction.

A spokesperson for ticket outlet Viagogo said “One Direction will soon be returning home after charming America, but our data shows that Bieber is currently more popular than the whole band put together, they’ll have to pull out all the stops to compete with Bieber Fever which looks set to reach boiling point in the UK!”
