The controversial star was approached while in his car outside the Cameo club in Miami by Christal Spann, who wanted to take a photo.  Christal claims as she tried to do this he “reached though his car window and snatched her phone from her hands.”

According to a report she filed with Miami police, the ‘Look at me Now‘ star then told her: “Bitch, you aint going to put that on no website,” put his car window up and drove away with the $500 iPhone device.

Christal filed her police report on Sunday (19.02.12), and if it becomes a legal matter, the incident could cause Chris trouble as he is still on probation for the 2009 assault of his then girlfriend, Rihanna.

A representative for the Miami Beach Police Department told website TMZ no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued, but the incident is currently under investigation.
