Reports over the weekend have suggested that Australian singer and TV personality Dannii Minogue could be making a shock return to the UK’s X Factor judging line up.
According to UK tabloid The Sunday Mirror Dannii is in talks with bosses to replace Kelly Rowland on the panel with Simon Cowell allegedly keen to get her on board and rebuild any burnt bridges that may have been caused after the recent revelations regarding their secret affair. A source close to the SYCO boss said, “”Simon thinks she’s great. They are still friends. If it works out, then it will be fantastic for X Factor. No formal offer has yet gone out, but this is likely to happen in the next few days.”
Take That front man Gary Barlow and cheeky Irish music manager Louis Walsh have already confirmed their place on the panel for next years show with Tulisa Contostavlos also set to return. Simon has also managed to snap up ‘Part Of Me’ singer Katy Perry to be a guest judge on one of the shows.
The X Factor returns to ITV later this year.
