Multi millionaire Simon Cowell has once again fuelled rumours he regularly goes ‘under the knife’ after he was snapped with ,what looked like, a plaster taped behind his ear.
The Music mogul also looked slightly swollen around his ‘jowells’ as he drove his flashy Ford Bronco along LA’s Sunset Boulevard.
Close friends of the X Factor maestro have claimed the star had accidentally cut himself although leading plastic surgeon Dr Gabriele Borghini claims otherwise, he said “The image indicates he may have had some minimal invasive surgery. The gathering of skin behind his ear suggests he could have had a face-lift or a neck-lift.”
Simon has already admitted to having botox injections twice a year but if this image is anything to go by the star may opt for little bit more while he’s there!
