Super star Janet Jackson is allegedly in talks with X Factor bosses to be the new face on the judging panel.

The ‘Together Again’singer has reportedly been expressing her desire to work on the show recently and bosses are trying to capitalise on her enthusiasm for the show. Jackson recently refused to be drawn into a conversation about possibly putting her signature on an inevitable multi million dollar contract saying, ”I’m not currently a judge on The X Factor, that’s all I really think I should say.”

Cowell is also reportedly interested in securing the services of Cat Deeley as the new host after kicking out flop Steve Jones and is also looking at the possiblility of trying to lure Katy Perry to the panel, Simon said, “I think [Katy] would be fun because she is hard – in a good way – and she’s feisty. She would be great. In terms of experience, success… brilliant.”
