Jennifer Lopez has voiced her concerns over Britney Spears and Demi Lovato fearing the pair could be put under extreme pressure in their new roles as X Factor USA judges.

The singer, who is featuring as a judge for the second season on rival show American Idol, was speaking to US media when she said, “I feel a little scared for them, because I was scared when I started. It’s live TV – there’s a lot of pressure that goes with it – but I think they’ll do great”. The latino beauty went on to offer some encouraging words of wisdom to the two stars saying, “Just be yourself. I think it’s just about really being your true self, not trying to be something that you’re not”.

Lovato’s deal has been kept quiet by insiders but it is rumoured that she has notched up a deal that matches Spears. The pair will sit alongside original panel members Simon Cowell and LA Reid.
