Justin Bieber proved that ‘the show really does go on’ after accidently walking into a huge pane of glass at his recent Paris gig on Thursday night (31st May).
The ‘Boyfriend’ singer was performing in the French capital as part of his ‘Justin Around The World’ TV special and accidently collided into a pane of glass that was back stage leaving him slightly concussed.
The teen heart throb called in to US showbiz site TMZ to explain the incident, Bieber said, ”So basically… I’m in Paris and I’m like, performing on the tallest building in Paris, there’s a glass wall behind me, but there’s a railing behind the glass, and so, I went to reach for the railing and I hit my head on the glass.” The star continued, ”It really hurt and I felt a little light-headed, but my adrenalin, I feel, pushed me through it and I performed my last song. After that, I went off stage and I immediately felt really weak. I was walking down the stairs and I passed out for like, 15 seconds… I feel good, I have a little bit of a headache, but I feel fine. I mean, you’ve got to laugh at yourself sometimes.”
Justin went on to say that he had been seen by a doctor who confirmed he was suffering from concussion.
This current European jaunt doesn’t seem to be going to well for Justin and his crew after his last trip to Norway almost caused a national state of emergency due to thousands of screaming fans!
