Madonna continues to cause a little bit of controversy during her MDNA World Tour, this time she decided to expose her nipple during a rendition of her classic hit ‘Human Nature’.

The 53 year old Queen of Pop was in Istanbul on Friday evening when she decided to get a little raunchy and pull down her already quite revealing bra and expose her nipple. The star continued to tease the audince by unzipping her pin stripped trousers to reveal her sexy lace knickers.

We must say, the lady is looking fine!
