Michelle Heaton and husband Hugh Hanley have announced the birth of their daughter.

The former Liberty X star welcomed Faith Michelle Hanley yesterday morning.

Hanley broke the news on Twitter saying, “My beautiful wife @wonderwomanshel gave birth to our gorgeous baby girl ‘Faith Michelle Hanley’ yesterday morning. Circle of life is amazing,”

Heaton announced that she was expecting on her 32nd birthday, which also served as the first anniversary of her marriage to Hanley. The couple began dating in 2008, following the singer’s split from first husband Andy Scott-Lee.

Speaking during her pregnancy, Heaton said that she had been a “crazy, hormonal bitch”, admitting that she had felt “really uncomfortable in my own skin and would cry about petty things”.

Last month, Heaton’s close friend Katie Price revealed that the couple had asked her to be their child’s godmother.
