The BizzNiz are proud to present to the Music lover masses Brit singer/songwriter James Leon.

James has created a stir among discerning pop fans and on music blogs around the world with his unique brand of electro/pop.

He has released two independent singles, ‘Purple Heart’ and ‘Caught Up In Your Vanity’ and last autumn launched his album ‘Never Been Cool’ to some great reviews. A brand new single and video are planned for late summer/autumn 2012.

With a nod to the original synth-pop acts such as Erasure, The Human League, The Pet Shop Boys, but with a contemporary sound, James sits comfortably alongside current acts such as Hurts, Empire of the Sun and La Roux. Not another manufactured pop puppet, James is very much his own artist – a performer and songwriter who brings life experience; heartbreak, struggle, hedonism, and a touch of glamour to his genre.

Taking the independent route, James has been releasing his own music– via the main digital outlets – iTunes, Amazon etc.  The album and forthcoming single are the fruits of an ongoing collaboration with producer Julian Simmons.

Both singles received international radio airplay, including being featured on legendary US DJ Larry Flick’s morning jolt show on Sirius XM.

Having performing on the London club scene at venues such as Madam Jojos’, The Vauxhall Tavern, Cafe de Paris, Bar Music Hall, The Underbelly among others, and at Pride festivals and other events around the country; James has a great stage presence and is very much a live act as well as a recording artist.
