You all know how I love to bring you the best and freshest sounding new music right? Well, thanks to my friends over at Purple Entertainment, today I can bring you the exciting sound of The Tricks!

The London based indie pop band  will be releasing their debut Double A Side single ‘Just For The Summer/Remember Me’, in February 2012.

After establishing themselves gigging in and around London, the foursome consisting of Joel Hodge (lead vocal/bass) and Ash Hodge (drums) are flanked by John Bisset and Eliot Crabtree (guitars), were flown to Los Angeles to sign with Unison Music. They then spent a lot of time in LA recording their album with label head and Grammy nominated producer Bruce Witkin and playing gigs at the likes of Whiskey-a-Go-Go and the Silverlake Lounge.

Their debut album will be released in 2012 and they are currently playing a host of headline shows around London.
