Record breaking music superstar Adele has revealed that she don’t think she will release a new album for ‘a good couple of years!’, although, she expects she will have a new song ready for her ever growing fan base by the end of 2012.

The ‘Someone Like You’ singer told French radio show NRJ, “There will be a new song, probably coming out at the end of the year. But then it depends how quickly I write some other new songs.” When asked about a new album, she replied: “It won’t be for a good two years.”

Despite the Worldwide success of the singers last album ‘21′ Adele went on to say that she doesn’t feel any pressure when producing new material, she said, “I never ever expected the success of my first album, let alone how many records [21] has sold, I don’t really feel the pressure for the next record to be big as my last one, as I know it’s not really possible. What’s happened with [21] is very rare, anyway. I have to convince with my songs again and that’s where the pressure comes from. That’s me putting pressure on myself.”

Adele has sold 18 million copies of her last album ‘21′ to date.
