Chart topping Super Star Rihanna has again sparked rumours that she has rekindled some kind of romance with former love Chris Brown after the pair were spotted partying at the same New York club over the weekend.

Both RiRi and Chris were attending the SL club in ‘The Big Apple’ on Saturday night and although they sat at different tables onlookers revealed they were keeping a close eye on each other. Another club goer said, ““After Chris made his way into SL with a group of friends, Rihanna pulled up with her own group of friends.  They sat far enough from each other to not be able to talk, but close enough to keep an eye on one another. DJ Sinatra had both Rihanna and Chris dancing at their tables.” Brown was even reported to have sent his former flame two bottles of expensive Champagne during their night out openly acknowledging his ex’s presence.

Despite these rumours, Chris is still said to be dating Karreueche Tran who came face to face with Rihanna at another recent club jaunt. Tran was sitting with Brown while RiRi partied with her entourage a few metres away, a witness said “Chris and Rihanna sat a few tables away from each other and shot dirty looks at each other all night. No one saw them actually interact. Rihanna was escorted to the bathroom multiple times and walked by Chris’ table each time, not even batting an eyelash.”

Rihanna also sparked more rumours of a reconciliation with her former love after she spoke out about her recent collaboration with the ‘Turn Up The Music’ singer, RiRi said, “I thought people were gonna be surprised that we finally did a record together, but I didn’t see how people could think it was a bad thing. In my mind, it was just music. I mean, if I went back to him [as a girlfriend], then that’s a whole different discussion. And if I ever do, then that’s something that y’all have to talk to me about when – if – that ever happens. Until then, look at it for what it is.”
