Hello!!!

So it’s now been about 4 days since my last cigarette………….Ok,  I’ve gotta be honest I had a little roll up when I attended a family wedding over the weekend just gone but come on, be fair,  going from an approx 20 a day habit to 1 every 4 days ain’t bloody bad! My partner is doing much better and hasn’t touched one since that dreaded ‘Give up’ day! . I think I’m doing alright,  haven’t really been aggressive or clambering the walls, although like I mentioned before my obsession with any form of chewing gum is becoming a worry and i’m popping them quite regularly which got me researching,  apparently when you chew gum it fools your stomach into believing it is about to receive food, the stomach then secretes acids which would normally break down food. Obviously if there is no food there then this acid can burn the stomach lining and cause stomach pain, it can also have laxative effects ………………………..For fuck sake give me a fag!! I guess I will have to find another cigarette replacement, anything other than chewing gum and food…….oh and soft/hard drugs!

Britains Got Talent finished then! anyone sad about it?…………… not really. Its just something to watch on a Saturday night really but I suppose it is entertaining. The thing that gets me is that we have a lot of reality/talent programmes on TV now, one of them being X Factor and I would like to think that when it comes to a programme like Britains got Talent we would get a winner that offers a bit of variety, considering the winner has to perform in front the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance. Disappointingly the top 3 in the final were all singers!

So now BGT is finished what’s the next fix of reality TV………probably I’m not a Celebrity so what am I doing here!

So as of today – Monday 5th June – Cheryl Cole is allegedly allowed back on the US X Factor! Would you take the job back after being blatantly tossed to the side because your not famous enough in the States and then told actually we can make do?

For 1.5 Million damn right, I’d go back!!

Apparently Simon Cowell has been fighting for her the whole time but more powerful people above him made the decision. That’s rubbish, there’s no one more powerful than the Almighty Simon Cowell! Surely the show was his idea and therefore he would have the final say on things? but who knows, we will await to hear.

Lets talk about Ryan Giggs! – For those reading this who do not know who Ryan Giggs is………….he is pretty much a footballing/soccer legend in the UK. He has been playing for about 150 years and was probably the original David Beckham back in the day. It was recently revealed, even though Ryan had fought and paid excessively to keep it secret, that Mr.Giggs had been having an affair with former Miss Wales & reality TV ‘person’ Imogen Thomas, so already he’s a bit of naughty lad but that’s wasn’t the end of the ‘Giggsgate’ saga.

Over the last couple of days it has also emerged the Ryan Giggs had, allegedly, been having an 8 year affair with is brothers wife!! This bloke is unreal! How do you think his wife feels? His kids? and apparently there is still more to be announced in the coming weeks!

I don’t understand why superstar sports personalities do this? Most of them have beautiful wives/girlfriends anyway, beautiful homes & unlimited pots of cash, I suppose when you have it all it’s hard to find something to appease the natural urge for more! Last Thursday, Friday & Saturday the UK experienced, what we would call, a heat wave! Byeck it were hot! Its always the same in the UK, we are a serious nation of moaners! when it’s raining and a bit cold during months where we feel it should be hot we moan it’s not hot enough, when we get a nice bit of hot, proper sunshine we moan it’s too hot! and  I am one of them. I am not particularly a fan of the Sun and think that it’s possible Robert Pattinson’s character in Twilight was based on me I can spend probably at most 45-60 mins in the Sun at one time  but its all dependent on the intensity (intensity x exposure = MIS/minutes in sun) . It don’t help that I have a severly receeding hairline and it becomes the most affected area when my body is tainted  by the Sun. It looks like those 3 days could have been Britains summertime as the next week is looking grim & wet – my kinda week Saying all that I am really looking forward to going away with my beautiful family in August! The gorgeous Rhodes,Greece awaits us and I am sure we will have a great time. 14 all inclusive days in the Sun (although I’m more excited about the all inclusive element).
