Tulisa Slammed For Britains Got Talent Performance

Tulisa-BGT-performanceX Factor Judge Tulisa Contostavlos has been heavily criticised on her performance of No.1 single ‘Young’ on Saturday’s live Britains Got Talent show.

The former N Dubz member who has been constantly in the media spotlight recently due to her ‘sex tape’ scandel leak produced a very ‘uncomfortable’ looking performance of the track and seemed, at times, like she was a little, for want of a better word,  embarrased.

Viewers voiced their opinions during the performance via Twitter claiming that Tulisa’s dancing lacked any real effort with her strange costume choice also receiving some negative feedback.

The track, which features the lyrics “Forgive me for what I have done cos I’m young”, is an obvious reference to the stars recent revealed antics and no one would be criticised for thinking that this single’s release was conveniently scheduled to capitalise on all the recent media attention which, in turn, has probably helped it gain the No.1. Could this also be the reason then why Tulisa may have felt slightly uncomfortable openly singing those lyrics referencing that dreaded tape in front of millons of UK viewers?

Tulisa also recently appeared on UK chat show ‘Chatty Man’ fronted by comic Alan Carr where she spoke briefly about the controversy surrounding the ‘sex tape’ and how people’s opinon may have been altered by the recent revelations. During the interview the star broke down and showed that all this negative media attention has really hit the singer deeper than we think.

Check out Tulisa’s performance and let us know your thoughts….
