
Eastenders is unmissable this week when a familiar character returns with a brand new look!
In the first of three episodes this week, Tanya continues to press Cora for answers about the Sister she never knew she had. At first, Cora doesn’t want to talk, but later explains everything, revealing that baby Ava died soon after she was born. Unable to understand why she kept it a secret for so many years, Tanya riles Cora and is asked to leave. Later Cora is found burning the birth certificate, which causes a huge showdown between the pair.
It’s the day of Masood’s job interview, and finally he tells an angry Zainab his plans. She is angry that he will be sacrificing his salary and chance of promotion. When he returns from the interview, Zainab has been talked round by Syed and gives her blessing for Masood to go ahead with his plan. However, realising how much the wedding and Tamwar’s course fees will cost, Masood lies that he didn’t get the job – putting his family’s happiness before his own.
Elsewhere, Syed is annoyed to find out that Christian and Roxy plan to enter Yasmin into ‘Walfords Top Tots’ competition, Lola begins her community service, while Whitney and Lauren are less than pleased to find they will be volunteering for feeding the homeless.

On Tuesday, The boiler at the cafe breaks and with another bill to pay, Lucy becomes stressed. Yet with the help of Fatboy, Ben, Joey and Anthony, she soon sets her new money making plan into action and is proud of herself for dealing with all the stress without her fathers help….
Lauren and Whitney have spent the day volunteering and on a trip to the hostel with some food for the homeless, Lauren spots a familiar face, it’s Ian Beale!
Despite Tanya continuing interference into Cora’s past, the pair manage to build some bridges, but is this the last we will hear of Ava?
Also on the square, Kim worries that she cannot trust Ray after a lot of missed calls from an unknown female are found on his phone. Syed changes his concerns over the baby competition when he learns of the £500 prize money,
while Zainab shocks her family by deciding to enter Kamil into the same contest!
civil for baby Lexi’s sake, yet Ben is broken when Jay reveals that their friendship will never be the same again following recent events.
Meanwhile, not wanting to hurt Alice’s feelings, Anthony asks her out on another date. Yet it seems that both Joey and Derek are on the same side for once and vow to put a stop to any romance, for good……
